Terms and Conditions

Currency accepted is only USD and can be paid through PayPal.
Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront, or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval but that need to be talk in the begin.
Don't send me any payment before I say you that I will work in your illustration, then I will send you the link of my Paypal. Please know that the tips in any support page that I have are not payment for a commission unlest I say it.

The time it takes to finish your commission is usually 1 week to 3 weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece and other work. Don´t worry I will always say to you if something wrong happen and I will need more time.
Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. And you will receive something extra with the purchase, if you want the extra content you just have to accept that it will be used for future work references or simply use the code CUTEGIFT when you make the payment (this will make me see like you agree that this gifts will be use for future work references) .

You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price but only in the stages of the sketch and lineart.
A fee of 9 dollars will be added if you want something change at all stages after the lineart, unless a big misunderstanding from my side has been made such as a error in the colors (ex. the hair color that was wanted was blonde but it was delivered red). The price can change if the change is little.
I love to receive references at the beginning to make concepts but it is not necessary, you just have to have a description of what you want and the concepts will be delivered. More than 16 concepts not accepted, will have a scheduled call to be able to make a live concept art in order to find a nice result but it will cost 9 dollars. You can request this call from the beginning with the added price of $ 4.

I, as the artist :
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time but I will always say the reason.
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.
You as the customer/commissioner :
You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.). Unless you talk to me first and you need to be clear about that in the begin so we can talk and maybe have a agrement and we may reach an agreement but nothing is guaranteed and I have the right to deny your commission in case of not reaching an agreement on the matter.
You dont have the right to alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.
You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.
You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unlest you talk about that with me.
Claiming the artwork as your own

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

Cooncepts of the idea you have for the illustration before the sketch its made and I will only continue with your with your approval.
Sketch and/or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the work.
Insight and involvement in color plan and the filters that the illustration will have.
Full-resolution file of final drawing and a smaller version for internet upload. Final file formats are usually JPE.
A secret gift when use the code CUTEGIFT when you make the payment. This can be one or two and will be always in full resolution and one for social media.
